Hi, I’m Sara.

I’m the founder of Sigma Femme Society and creator of Relational Field Intelligence™ (RFI) an approach to understanding the human dynamics shaping relationships, leadership and organizations.

My background spans conflict resolution, organizational development, communications, psychology, facilitation, coaching and spiritual inquiry. Across those disciplines, I have kept returning to the same questions: What is actually shaping what happens between people? What belongs to the individual, what belongs to the larger system and what is being created between us? And how can we participate more consciously in what happens next?

Those questions became the foundation of Relational Field Intelligence™.

RFI develops our capacity to recognize what is happening within us, between people and across larger systems, then respond with greater clarity, sovereignty and conscious influence. The work draws attention to both the forces we can observe directly and those we may sense before we can fully explain them, from emotional patterns, power dynamics and cultural norms to intuition, inherited stories and the unspoken information moving through a relationship or system.

My work has taken many forms over the years, from organizational culture and conflict transformation to leadership development, Family Constellations, conscious co-creation and individual coaching. What connects all of it is an interest in how people remain connected to themselves while participating fully in relationship, and how our presence and choices influence what becomes possible around us.

I came to this work through both professional study and lived experience. Loss, reinvention, conflict, community work and years spent inside very different systems have shaped the way I understand transformation. So has my training as a journalist, which taught me to pay attention, ask better questions and distinguish what I can observe from the meaning I may be assigning to it.

That discipline still sits at the heart of my work.

The Sigma Femme Podcast

The Sigma Femme Podcast explores sovereignty, relationships, identity, power, feminine intelligence and the deeper patterns shaping how we live, love and lead.

Through solo episodes and conversations with authors, educators, practitioners and thought leaders, I explore what happens when inner work meets the world around us: when our values encounter pressure, relationships activate old patterns, leadership carries consequences and the choices we make begin shaping what becomes possible for other people.

The podcast is also a place where Relational Field Intelligence™ comes into conversation with other ways of understanding human behavior, spirituality, culture and connection.

At its center is an ongoing question:

RFI helps make those dynamics more visible so we can understand what is happening while it is happening, remain connected to our own authority and consciously influence what becomes possible throughout our sphere of influence.
