There are patterns in our lives that do not begin with us — ways of relating, carrying, protecting and responding that form over time and shape life beneath the surface.
Family Constellations brings these patterns into view through a shared relational field where what has been unseen can become visible and begin to reorganize.
This retreat offers a dedicated space to step into that field and experience what becomes possible when deeper dynamics are revealed and allowed to shift.
Retreat Experience
This is a full day, in-person retreat held in a small, intentional group.
We begin with a cacao ceremony led by Jack Howard, to open the heart and the space, and ground the group in presence.
From there, we move into constellation work, where relational patterns emerge through the field and begin to reorganize in real time.
We will eat lunch together. There will be a grazing table with healthy fruits, vegetables and delicious vegan snacks. Please feel free to bring your own lunch if you’d like. There is a refrigerator onsite.
The experience closes with a sound healing journey to support integration, allowing what has shifted to settle into the body.
Space is limited to 10 participants.

The work unfolds within the Knowing Field, where each person contributes to what becomes visible.
Everyone will have the opportunity to participate.
If you feel drawn to this work, trust that. The field often begins moving before we even arrive.
What is Family Constellations?
Family Constellations is a group process that reveals unconscious relational patterns, inherited burdens and unresolved dynamics shaping your life.
Many people carry something that did not begin with them: a role taken on early, a grief that remained unspoken, a way of relating shaped by a larger family story.
This work brings those patterns into view so that what has been entangled can begin to loosen and reorganize.
It unfolds within what is often called the Knowing Field, a living field of intelligence that holds the deeper truths of a family system. Representatives stand in for people or elements within that system, and through the field, meaningful information begins to emerge. What becomes visible often carries a level of precision that is both unexpected and deeply moving.
This is an embodied process of revelation, witnessing and repair.
The Power of the Knowing Field
Family Constellations works beyond the analytical mind, allowing deeper truths to emerge through direct experience.
In this space, what has been hidden can become visible, what has been carried unconsciously can be acknowledged and what has remained frozen can begin to move.
People often find that a family constellation reveals both the pain within a system and the deeper movement toward resolution that has been waiting beneath it.
As these dynamics come into view, the system begins to reorganize in real time, creating space for clarity, repair and a different way of relating.
Representatives and witnesses often leave with insight and an internal shift of their own, even when their personal story was not the focus of the constellation.
FAQs
What should I bring?
Bring a journal, water and wear comfortable clothing. You may also want to bring a cushion or blanket for your own comfort. You are welcome to bring anything additional that helps you feel grounded and supported.
We will have a grazing table with fruits, vegetables and snacks. Please feel free to bring your own lunch if you prefer. There is a refrigerator available.
Do I need to understand Family Constellations before I come?
No. Most people attend their first session with little or no prior knowledge. A brief introduction will be given at the beginning, and the experience itself is often the best introduction.
Can I still benefit if I am not chosen for a constellation?
Yes. Representatives and witnesses find that the process touches something deeply relevant in their own lives. The constellation may center on one person’s story, though the field reveals truths that resonate far beyond one individual alone.
Some of the most powerful experiences inside this work happens for those who serve as a representative or witness.
Is this therapy?
Family Constellations is a facilitated group process, not psychotherapy. It can be deeply therapeutic, though it is not a substitute for mental health treatment.
