What is it?
Transcend Into Oneness is a certification in relational field leadership.
It is a training in how to recognize, stabilize and lead relational systems from within.
You develop the capacity to perceive the dynamics shaping relationships, teams and environments as they are forming, remain steady in complex or emotionally charged situations and guide movement toward clarity and coherence.
This work moves beyond technique. It builds your ability to lead through presence, discernment and internal authority.
You will learn how to:
Recognize the patterns shaping relational dynamics in real time
Remain internally steady in high-stakes or emotionally charged environments
Hold authority without control, force or over-functioning
Guide conversations and group dynamics toward clarity and coherence
Work with patterns as they form, rather than reacting after they escalate
Your Commitment:
This work is learned through continuity, presence and direct participation.
We meet live each week for 2.5 hours. The pace allows depth, integration and real-time application inside the group, with a few scheduled breaks for holidays and integration.
This is an experiential training. The value is created through direct participation and through what unfolds between people in the room.
Recordings are available, but the work is designed to be lived, not just watched.
You are entering a committed cohort. The group becomes part of the learning environment, and your presence contributes to the depth of the work for everyone.

Tuition for this program is $6,500 at the Founders Level when you reserve your spot by May 17, 2026. After May 17, tuition is $7,500.

Not necessarily. This work is designed for people who already hold responsibility in relational environments, whether that happens through facilitation, coaching, leadership, education, consulting or other forms of guiding people and systems. Prior experience can be helpful, though the deeper requirement is readiness: the willingness to engage directly, practice consistently and develop the capacity to work with relational dynamics in real time.

You participate through live, supportive Zoom classes, written reflections, occasional homework such as reading or video assignments, and direct application of the work in real-life situations. The program is experiential, so your learning develops through both participation in the group and practice in your everyday relationships, leadership and professional environments.
