This work offers a profound way to explore the hidden dynamics shaping your life, relationships and emotional patterns. Beneath the visible story, there is often a deeper field of memory, loyalty, grief and love moving through the family system. Family Constellations helps bring those unseen forces into view.

What is Family Constellations?

Family Constellations is a group process that reveals unconscious relational patterns, inherited burdens and unresolved dynamics that may be influencing your life in ways you do not fully see.

Many of us carry something that did not begin with us: a role we stepped into early, a grief that was never fully spoken, a burden that was never ours to carry, or a way of loving, protecting or surviving that was shaped by a larger family story.

Family Constellations allows those hidden patterns to come into the light so that what has been entangled can begin to loosen, and what has been unseen can be acknowledged.

This work unfolds inside what is called the Knowing Field — a living field of intelligence that holds the deeper truths of a family system. In constellation work, representatives are chosen to stand in for people or elements within the system, and through the field, meaningful information begins to emerge. What becomes visible is often surprising, precise and deeply moving.

This is not traditional talk therapy. It is a living, embodied process of revelation, witnessing and repair.

What to expect

This group session is capped at 15 participants and will include:

  • A brief introduction to the process

  • Two full constellations during the session

  • Participation as a representative, witness or field participant

  • Time for reflection and integration

This session includes two full constellations, and everyone present participates in the field, whether by bringing a family issue to be constellated, serving as a representative or witnessing a deeply meaningful story that often feels relatable in ways that are striking and uncanny.

This is one of the deepest truths of this work: even when the constellation belongs to someone else on the surface, the experience often speaks directly to something within your own life. The stories may differ, though the underlying human themes of love, rupture, belonging, exclusion, grief, longing, protection or reconciliation are shared.

What moves in the field for one person often touches something real in everyone present.

The power of the Knowing Field

Family Constellations is powerful because it works beyond the rational mind alone. It allows deeper truths to emerge through the field itself.

In this space, what has been hidden can become visible. What has been carried unconsciously can be honored. What has remained frozen in silence can begin to move.

Again and again, people find that the constellation reveals not only the pain in a system, but the deeper movement toward healing that has been waiting beneath it.

Representatives and witnesses leave with insight, release and clarity of their own. As what has been hidden comes into view, the family system begins to reorganize in real time, allowing a deeper movement toward order, repair and healing. One of the most beautiful aspects of this work is that family members do not need to be physically present for that healing to begin moving through the system.

Who this is for

This session may be supportive for those who are:

  • Experiencing repeating relationship patterns

  • Navigating family pain, estrangement or unresolved tension

  • Feeling stuck in ways that do not fully make sense

  • Seeking a deeper understanding of what may be moving beneath the surface of their life

No prior experience is needed. Many people attend their first constellation knowing very little about the process and still receive something meaningful and deeply felt.

FAQ

Do I need to understand Family Constellations before I come?

No. Most people attend their first session with little or no prior knowledge. A brief introduction will be given at the beginning, and the experience itself is often the best introduction.

Will I receive my own constellation?

This session includes two full constellations. Not everyone will receive individual constellation time, though everyone present participates in the field and often receives meaningful insight through the group experience.

Can I still benefit if I am not chosen for a constellation?

Yes. Very often, representatives and witnesses find that the process touches something deeply relevant in their own lives. The constellation may center one person’s story, though the field often reveals truths that resonate far beyond one individual alone.

Is this therapy?

Family Constellations is a facilitated group process, not psychotherapy. It can be deeply therapeutic, though it is not a substitute for mental health treatment.
